How we Work

Assessments of projects are performed to improve reliability of designs, eliminate bottlenecks, reduce operating costs and address specific issues. This identifies the best initiatives for further feasibility study, which provides essential information on the impact, cost and risks of a proposal before substantial resources are committed.

Schematic Design

• Review the project requirements and generate a preliminary program and estimated project budget.
• Review alternative systems and materials with the client/ architect.
• Prepare schematic designs comprised of layout plans, as many as may be required until a satisfactory solution is reached.

Design Development

Prepare design development documents, based on the schematic design approved by the client/ architect. The following documents are furnished upon completion of the Design Drawings.

• Services layout
• Cost estimate of total project
• Specifications of Materials.
